I wouldn't even bother with Murder. Drop it, add 1 more apiece to Doom and Throat. With how many varieties of sign in blood you have, you may want some life gain in the form of Corrupt or Tendrils of Corruption, possibly Exsanguinate for multi. I used to do mono black fun decks, this is pretty neat.

Well, the Tributes to Hunger and the Consuming Vapors will gain some life, but I agree, throwing in a Corrupt or something of the likes couldn't hurt.
