Deck Description

Everyone has been making Mirror-Sigil Sergeant and Chronozoa decks lately, so I figured I'd play along.

Paradox Haze + Sergeant/Chronozoa - Extra Rhino every turn or remove counters from the Illusion at double the speed.
Sprouting Phytohydra + Hailstorm - deals 1 damage to all your Plants so that you double up.
Parallel Evolution helps take it over the top.

Deck discussion for Copy Machine

This is freaking hilarious. You could easily get like 3-4 Sigil sergeants a turn hahah +1

This would just be a hilarious casual deck, so many tokens XD

nice...+1. but i have a question with the numbers. wouldn't it be that you wouldn't get just an extra mirror-sigil every turn, you get DOUBLE? because it says the token is a copy of mirror sigil servant so wouldn't the tokens also get copies of themselves into play? that's what i thought. lemme know if thats wrong though.

Yes hipponox the copies would make copies and those copies would also make copies. So you start with one and 3 turns later you have 8. Pretty ridiculous but then malestorm pulse would just kick its ass.

You should try to work in the Doubling Season / Opalescence / Followed Footsteps combo. It would be quite amusing.

Doubling Season + Chronozoa = not fun. 6 time counters instead of 3. I have an entirely seperate deck for copying Doubling Season. Two of them, in fact. And one to copy Rise of the Hobgoblins for insane amounts of creatures.

Ah yes, good call on Chronozoa. Didn't think about that.

There is an old green enchantment that gives creatures you control haste which is a must have for the zoa since with enough hazes it won't ever be able to attack, i also would recomend braids (the blue one) and maybe chronomantic escape since with two hazes in play you can't be attacked. similarly elspeth knight errant would be good since having all your creatures indestructable protects you from board wiping effects.... i know this would make the deck pretty huge but maybe some replacements, not sure what is a good replacement for what though.

oh, and i just did some quick maths and chronozoa is slower but more efficient with doubling season in play, it takes longer for it to duplicate, but it reaches a higher number of duplications faster, so there are pros and cons.

Concordant Crossroads is what you're thinking of. I also like where you're going with Chronomantic Escape. One problem - Doubling Season doesn't slow you down OR speed you up. You get twice the amount of Chronozoa's in twice the amount of time. Let's say there isn't a Haze on table: every three turns, the number of Chronozoas doubles. With Season out, every SIX turns, it QUADRUPLES. All it's doing is cutting out the middle step.

What do I take out to add in Elspeth, Chronomantic Escape, and Concordant Crossroads? Piper and Warden can go, but what else? Maybe Rhys?

Took out Rhys, Elvish Piper, 1 Phytohydra, 1 Footsteps, and 1 Holy Day to add 3 of each of the above mentioned cards.

True, but what i was trying to get at was that the doubling season would not slow you down with the chronozoa but it would massively speed you up with the rhino, (not that it needs it), glad you liked my suggestions, on a side note i think the phytohydra is quite expensive for what it is, my thoughts would be perhaps something smaller, utopia mycon might work, it is a cheap creature that produces tokens based on upkeep, but it could also be used for mana acceleration maybe? what do you think?
