Ok, the idea behind this deck is to get out Liliana Vess and Jace Beleren, and then take as many turns back to back as possible to pump them up. Use Jace to mill twenty cards from an opponent's deck (creature based, of course), then use Liliana to put those creatures into play under your control. Doubling Season and Gilder Bairn help to accellerate the Plainswalker's abilities, as well as Magistrate's Scepter. Magistrate's Scepter + Energy Chamber + Coretapper - take infinite turns. Panoptic Mirror + Time Walk, Beacon of Tomorrows, or Time Warp - take infinite turns.
