I have done "intensive" research on tempered steel and my suggestions should not be taken lightly. JUST DO IT.

Inkmoth? this isn't infect tempered steel.... Also Glint Hawk is a pain cause you have to pay mana every time this deck doesn't really want to ever have to use more thatn 3 mana a turn so yeah no glint hawk

Inkmoth is expensive so u probably shouldn't buy it but U NEED 4x ETCHED AND 4x SIGNAL PEST AND 2x CONTESTED WARZONE
And make a sideboard.

i would say blade splicer, i know its not an artifcat itself however the 3/3 first golem it gives you is very strong, and you definitely need a sideboard for tournament play, have you play tested it yet?
