It's a themed advisor tribal deck, hopefully has a kind of death by bureaucracy vibe to it, sitting away in some giant office as those who would attack you die of starvation or boredom, or worse still exiled to an infinite queue; oh god the horror of it all!Oh as you might guess, not to be taken as a serious deck.
Well all your land comes in tapped and most of the cards are kind of pricey, but then again do you expect bureaucrats to be quick about anything.If you can; lock out creature attacks and then aim for locking out spells too, after that you can drain their health away or get the Elocutors to win it for you.
