Been trying for a while to create an instant speed discard deck with a full control feel to it as opposed to a more aggressive version; Liliana's Caress, Megrim etc.I feel this is the best go at it I've had yet.
The main aim is to get a Piracy Charm/Funeral Charm onto a Isochron Scepter to just lock down your opponent entirely, they'd only be able to cast instants/flash and with all the top deck manipulation you should be able to lock them out too; all with some mass removal if things get too rough.Kozi is just there for graveyard recycling, which you can activate yourself with self discard if need be.If all goes well you'll be know and control your opponent's library better than they will!
