Deck discussion for Boros Weenie

Looks very fun. Are you married to the Reckoner and willing to spend one more mana? Ogre Battledriver might fit in here. He doesn't make tokens, but he buffs and gives them haste. If they have the horse that you give them, you get a 3/1 blocker on their turn. To me, that's a damn strong chumper.

Pacifism seems kind of out of place here, but I definitely shuts down almost everything except Stormbreath Dragon. Hive Stirrings makes Sliver tokens, so there's that option.

Just my thoughts!

Pacifism is there to cancel the use of Akroan Horse as a 0/4 plus whatever they put on it
As for Ogre Battledriver, that could work. I'll SB it for now

This is definitely a great idea for a deck. Since you are going to be popping a bunch of tokens, I feel like legion loyalist and/or boros elite could find a place in this deck. With born of the gods coming out, you also have access to archetype of courage. It gives all of your creatures first strike and creatures opponent controls can't have first strike. Fortify could be very versatile and if you get out enough tokens, massive raid or foundry champion would be mean. Also, have you tried spear of heliod? +1/+1 to all of your creatures would be good for your tokens. If you get the chance, could you look at my new boros burn deck? I think it is pretty good, but I'd love advice on it. Too bad that I can't take all the credit for it. I had help from Poetmaster-x.

Like you said; this is an idea deck. I haven't thought about this deck since early Theros so I haven't updated it. Spear of Heliod I didn't choose because of Ajani and the main basis is slightly overrunning your opponent after Purphoros deals massive damage because of his ability

But thank you for the advice anyway. I will take a look when I can, but if Poetmaster-x is helping you, there isn't much point me critisising him

Your three drop spot looks like it is taken up but king of oreskos might be a thing. Swing, get a token. Block, get a token. Also, I'm curious, how does it fare against other weenie decks? Also, I know I do this to you a lot but do you mind checking out a boros weenie /enchantment deck? I intend to take it to the next fnm. There are already some cards I'm trying to get a hold of like a playserlt of ethereal armors and boros charms.

I wouldn't know.....
I have never versed a weenie deck, or used one! This was all made in my mind, really. I kind of just know what works, and this is what came out

And I'll have a look when I can. I don't mind helping out others if they ask

Thanks. Vault can be frustrating because hardly anybody goes looking through a list of deck and comments. And even when people do comment, they usually either call it crap or call it awesome without any actual advice. By the way, I. think you are a genius. This deck is awesome. I with my limited experience cant find anything wrong with it!

Yeah. People can get like that. But others like GeneralM, Dragon777 and me are indeed here to help in a way. So are people like Greenee. (sorry if any spellings are wrong)

I've only been playing for about 1 1/2 years(ish), but play a fair bit. You'll soon develop your own style and be able to make great decks. Ones like this one, I did a bit of research (when Boros weenie was all over the hot page) before going and making this.

Recently, ive become interested in some of the aggro types like big boros, the gruul version of big boros, red green monsters, and mono green devotion. The deck type that ive been messing with that I like the most is BUG control and white control splash black for obzy, blood baron, and eviction. Of course, i make minimum wage, the closest card shop is an hour away, and my parents dont approve. Ive only been playing for about six months. Haven't actually done anything serious yet like fnm but if I have half a chance, id love to go with my super aggro enchantments. It still has a ways to go.

That's how my great decks I use have come about. I played and lost, and played and lost.
Traded for better cards: played and lost, played and won!
Traded for even better cards, customized deck: played and won, lots.

It just takes time. And FNM's are pretty cheap

I wish vault had a private message sort of thing. Someone comes by looking at what advice has been given on a deck and wham! A face full of somebodys life story. While I have your attention do you mind looking at one more deck for me. It is in rough shape. It is a bug control deck id like to take to fnm. I now have two hero's downfalls, will be getting a couple of vraskas soon, and still wish I had a set of thoughtseize.
