This is Hopefully the first of many budget competitive legacy decks.Legacy is one of the greatest magic formats, full of interactions and challenges, us at r/MTGLegacy understand that the cost of T1 decks is quickly approaching to equivalent of a week long cruise in the Caribbean for two. To combat this our community is building a brewing decks that can be taken to FNM and played so you have a chance to compete and still win. These decks will probably not make Top8 at a GP or SCG open but you will win some games. If you need to budget this list down even more I would recommend adjusting the number of fetches you have. Cut the number of Flooded strands since you may eventually be able to build into Grixis delver if you really like playing this style of deck.
