counter everything that a player does untill to can get out kaldra. put worldslayer on kaldra and u win.use Steelshaper\'s Gift and enlightened tutor make it much easyer to get kaldra out along with the worldslayer.

it will be one shield one sword and one helm not like 3 of each out. the legendary rule is you can only have one of each legendary out at a time. no copys of it. and yes kaldra is easy to stop they is y there are 4 sets to make sure u can pull it off. and if it gets a worldslayer. you cant beat it unless u can kill it with no mana.

I thought that you couldn't equip enchantments or equipments to tokens unless stated by a card effect. Well if you can then this deck is well designed but if you can't might want to think of another way.

looks good but u needs some mana excel and idk world slayers effect is it all permanents or all permanents target player that was dealt damage

im pretty sure worldslayer will destroy kaldra and the equipment, too.i think it doesnt even matter if they are indestructable or not.

Obviously it matters if they are indestructible. Which they are. This is a fine deck. Personally, this deck needs mana ramp of some sort. I think it goes without me saying exactly what counters could be add since it's a vintage deck, but I'd add an inf mana combo or two as well. Could make a fun challenge to win with kaldra directly.

kaldra is indestructible and so are the rest. that means they cant be destoyed.

Cribswap, Swords to Plowshares, Oblivion Ring, Pacifism, etc etc etc...
Then there are the destroy artifact cards...
Wither can still destroy an indestructible creature when its toughness is zero...
Memoricide.

If you want to do a deck like this invest in Dark Depths + Vampire Hexmage combo. Giving it shroud or Pariah's Shield would make it a much more stable.

Kaldra is a token that is legendary and as long as the helm is out you can always make more it isn't a one time ability. Swords to Plowshares does nothing but heal them the second they have 1 mana they can make a new Kaldra. You can even just make a new token to kill them both off and summon a new Kaldra untapped.

The Kaldra token itself and the equipments are immune to the destroy effect of worldslayer, and the fact that if the token is removed from the game or killed somehow you can tap 1 and remake it gives it really good synergy. I would put in 4 Stoneforge Mystics to get the equipments out faster, and some gold myr to increase mana generation. Counters might be a good idea, but it will slow down the rate that you get Kaldra out. I would switch to a mono-white and put in spells like arrest, pacifism, gelid shackles, or my favorite, prison term. You can shut down their offense long enough to pull kaldra out and take out everything. and because Kaldra will have haste, its tough for the other play to predict whats going to happen. pretty painful little combo.

Nice idea. But this is kinda' slow in my opinion. Maybe you need more draw spells to pull-off your combo. Maybe remove Cancel and put in Brainstorm, etc. Btw, hope you could check out my deck:

brainstorm would work for extra draw power and hightide foe extra blue mana and maybe a wrath of god for early game creature removal?? to keep it creatureless of course and terminus is also a posibility

Nice deck man, I would suggest some dual lands to smooth out mana problems. Even 4 copies of something like Glacial Fortress will help quite a bit. Other than that, all I can suggest is something to stall (Wall of Denial?) while you get your equipment set up.

Stoneforge Mystic is a must add. Also consider Isochron Scepter and Orim's Chant.

I would rather run Rune Snag over cancel.

With 4 Enlightened Tutor consider a toolbox of singletons to search for to help you solve problems. Such things as oblivion ring, Ghostly Prison, Runed Halo, Wheel of Sun and Moon.

Seeing as the Kaldra equiptments are Legendary, you don't need 4 of each. My idea is to take out 2 of each piece and run dumb little 0 drop artifacts like Ornithopter and then use Tinker. Just sac the stupid 0 drop and put a kaldra piece right on the board! While doing this with a Blightsteel Colossus is better, it works the same with Kaldra. Also, Stoneforge Mystic and Puresteel Palladin would work wonders for this, respectivly they put the equiptments from your hand onto the field and equipt them for free. Kaldra token equipts for free, but a piece could be on something else to buy time.

this would work and i like the 'kaldra' theme but it's a little overcomplicated. All you really have to do is equip darksteel plate to any creature and then put worldslayer on it, that way you need any 1 creature and 2 artifacts instead of 4 artifacts. Then just use creatures and white control to survive instead of counterspell.

Amazing combo deck, but I feel you are relying too much on Worldslayer specially since you are not running any type of mana acceleration you will be able to use the combo until turn 7.
I suggest some changes to speed up the deck:

-1 Sword of Kaldra
-1 Helm of Kaldra
-1 Shield of Kaldra
-1 Cancel
+4 Lotus Bloom (3 turns to activate but still faster than waiting until the 7th turn for the combo and you can search for it with Enlightened Tutor)
-2 Worldslayer
-1 Cancel
+3 Plague Boiler or Oblivion Stone (That way you will be nuking permanents more often and you can search for it with Enlightened Tutor)
-2 Plains
+2 Academy Ruins

fun concept but there are much better ways to go about it. instead of kaldra why not just any of the darksteel craetures? then tinkers to fetch either the creature or the sword and darksteel citidel and seat of synod lands. the and spell that makes a creature unblockable.

I have an equipment deck that i think does what you want to do without kaldra stuff, use darksteel armour and worldslayer and it has equipment search, with free equiping with metalcraft.I
