Really simple I hope. Pump up all the Myr with Myr Galvanizer, Tempered Steel, and Myr Matrix. Getting at least one or two out to pump, maybe getting a Indomitable Archangel out for shroud since all the pump cards are non specific targets they will all still get the effects. Eventually overwhelm the opponent or pump something up enough to beat them down. Please comment, I need help refining this deck.

I would recommend adding some Kuldotha Forgemasters if you can. They allow you to sacrafice 3 artifacts to put one from your deck into play. That would allow you to set up an infinite mana loop faster to produce infinite Myrs with your Myr Matrix. I use Kuldotha Forgemaster in my Myr deck and it has proven to be invaluable to decks like these.
