A deck designed to get Nicol Bolas out there, with protection, as quickly as possible, combining extremely fast mana production with a bunch of draw cards, to help you put that mana to good use. And if Bolas doesn't show up, well, that's just too bad; you'll have to rely on huge flying creatures to win the game instead. There are only 22 land, but there is a 94% chance that in either the opening hand, or the first mulligan thereafter, there will be at least two land (the amount needed to get the ball rolling) and no less than 2 non-land cards. Hooray for math! I will take a 94% chance of a good opening hand any day. And once the ball gets rolling... well, win.
