This deck is mainly to control the battlefield by forcing the enemy to sacrifice all of his or her creatures. The idea is to play Dictate of Erebos, then generate a ton of eldrazi scions, and sacrifice them whenever you want to clean your opponent's battlefield.
Start out by playing some cards like Blisterpod, and play Dictate of Erebos as soon as possible. Once you get DoE out, just sacrifice a creature (a scion or something else using Blood Bairn or Nantuko Husk). Eventually you can use Necropolis regent to really buff up your creatures, and then win! If you're ever low on life, just use Crypt Incursion on your graveyard or someone else's to gain a crap-ton of life. Good luck and have fun!
