This is the current iteration of my Stoneforge/Puresteel equipment deck, featuring Kazandu Blademaster (and eventually, Elite Inquisitor) as the champions of the deck, carrying Basilisk Collar like a boss. In previous iterations I ran the Sword of cycle, but ultimately I decided to drop them as they would ruin the fun of a game. Things I like about this deck: 1) Basilisk Collar + Kazandu Blademaster = Incredibly powerful threat. He (and/or Batterskull) can single handedly keep me alive while defending against multiple players. 2) Basilisk Collar + Mortarpod = Destroy target creature, gain 1 life. 3) Basilisk Collar / Vault Skirge / Batterskull + Cradle of Vitality = Lifelink creature deals double damage every turn. 4) The mana curve is smexy 5) Plenty of card advantage for a white aggro deck Also, I know Skullclamp is banned in Modern and Legacy. My casual group plays "If you own it and it's legal in any format, play it." Which includes pretty much all non-ante cards.
