I sac him when his undying triggers. I still have control of him when I'm choosing which target player he goes to, and hes a 4 3 for 2B which i find pretty neat.
I'd mainboard Bloodthrone Vampires for another sac outlet. You may also want some kind of card draw like Sign in Blood or Alter's Reap.
