The Angel's Tomb

by Sbsmith14 on 01 May 2012

Main Deck (60 cards)

Artifacts (10)

Enchantments (8)

Land (20)

Sideboard (0 cards)

No sideboard found.

The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.

Deck Description

So this idea has been rolling around in my head for some time now and I decided to make a deck around it. It's just an idea and would love some feedback on it.

I appreciate any and all comments (yes even the stupid ones).

Deck discussion for The Angel's Tomb

really cool idea +1! I'd also run more removal. Instead of pacifism, maybe use swords to plowshares or something. Would give you a faster spell to change your artifacts.

Check out my demon/devils deck if you have time!

OMG... Tempered Steel hilarity. :D However, with all those artifacts... Run Dispatch over Pacifism. Permanently getting rid of threats is much better than just making them unable to attack or block.

Also, if you can get either, a couple Mox Opals and Inkmoth's wouldn't hurt. Both are BEASTS in this kind of deck and you really need something to defend you before turn 3.

Thanks for commenting! Love the suggestions too. I am trying to keep this standard legal so Plowshares won't quite work. I don't have any Mox Opals but I don't think that will be too difficult to come across.

Nah, Mox Opal's have really dropped in price. Also, they'll be easy to fit in, just switch them out 1-for-1 with land. :) I ran a W/b Tempered Steel deck for ages that only ran 18 land and 2 Opals -- though, I only had a couple things that cost higher than 3 and most were less. Different sort of build by far. *noddles*
