A typical Ad Nauseam deck, I got a lot of Inspiration for this deck Online. I decided to try to build one after I played against it in a SCG open. Suggestions are welcome, I'll probably make some changes after I start playing it.
So you draw cards with sleight of hand and serum visions to get the combo pieces and use Pentad Prism and Lotus Bloom to get more mana. Then you use Phyrexian Unlife or Angel's Grace to stop you from dying that turn, cast Ad Nauseam to draw your entire deck, and then cast Lightning Storm by exiling the simian spirit guides and discarding lands to kill the Opponent.
