You should replace Caress of Phyrexia or Harrowing Journey with underworld dreams. it's 2 mana cheaper and it will help deal lots of damage to your opponents when they have to draw. Other than that this deck looks like a lot of fun

If you want to win this way, you need to REALLY go for it. What you have now, will just give your opponents an advantage. If you want to turn this into a more viable deck, you need to A- completely swamp them with card advantage, and B- reduce their ability to cast all the cards they're drawing.
Consider reliquary tower so that you don't have a maximum hand size for the cards that make you draw as well. Also consider Cursed Rack and Gnat Miser so that their hand size is reduced and they have to discard more cards
Yeah, but those don't work as well with The Vise.
Instead of The Vise you could put Liliana's Caress, and it would work much better
My suggestions would be elixir of immortality, so you don't accidentally kill yourself. Possibly add in meishin, the mind cage, for protection and to slow the game down. Liliana's caress has a cheaper mana-cost compared to megrim with the same effect, psychosis crawler has wonderful offensive capabilities, and Jin-Gitaxian is a great, if expensive, finisher.
