Standard Boros Smash

This is a revised version of my original Boros deck that I used until Innistrad cycled out: http://www.mtgvault.com/scottymandingo/decks/standard-boros/

My previous deck did quite well and could kill very quickly and effectively.

With Theros, it looks like I may have to change my strategy a bit...

I'll start with Boros Reckoner. He's just awesome and very tough to deal with. He's staying in.

Firemane Avenger is beautiful with the life take and gain. The only thing that might not work always is Battalion, but in my previous version of this deck, I didn't have a ton of creatures either.

Ash Zealot and Legion Loyalist need to explanation, I think.

Anax and Cymede aren't bad for a 3/2 First Strike/Vigilance by themselves, but add their 3rd ability and it can be devastating.

I like Legion's Initiative in that all of my creatures get pumped (especially the multi/hybrid colors) and I can save them from a board wipe.

Boros Charm is just too damn good.

Gods Willing can save my creatures from a kill card or to just get through my opponents' line if I need to. And I'll never turn down a scry.

Lightning Strike and Magma Jet are there for obvious reasons... kill shit. :P

Now for the sideboard:

Hexproof would be a major headache for this deck so if there is too much going on, I'll have the spotlight. Its second ability is crazy for an "aggro-y" deck such as this. Gives MY creatures hexproof AND can't be blocked? Mmmm... dat damage...

Chained To The Rocks for some solid annoying creature lockdown.

Gift Of Immortality is there for decks that are all about creature killing and nothing else.

Wear // Tear obviously because Theros is all about that.

Peak Eruption against aggro-y red decks like mine. Land destruction and 3 damage is always nice in my book.

So anyway, those were my thoughts behind all of the cards I chose.

I would love some comments/questions/feedback. I would like to start taking this to FNM to smash face.
