This is a black-red-blue Legacy control deck. Win conditions are the damage cards, Nicol Bolas - both the Planeswalker and the creature version, wichever comes handy first - and Chandra. Control the game early with hymn, duress, chainer's, damnation, abyss etc. etc. Liliana is there to help you with these matters also and she is a very good searcher. If you play against creature decks, Liliana is also a win condition. I also used to run cabal coffers, deserted temple, nantuko shade and a couple of consume spirits, but I ended up investing more to the red color and it worked better for me. Thoughtseize is sideboard cuz you have to pay life to use it and the deck has better ways to remove creatures from the battlefield, so duress is in. I also have a completely black version of this deck which runs vile consumption main deck (the only not-black colored card) and wins with nantuko or consume. I will post it another time.
