you bounce the land carts like Azorius Chancery and Selesnya Sanctuary back and forth. this will make sure your landfall triggers lots. along with Lotus Cobra and Seer's Sundial you have a lot of mana and draw.
start by gaining mana and playing some lands make sure that around turn 3 or 4 you have one bounce land on hand and one in play. as soon as you have one of your landfall you start bouncing your lands back and forth. by this time you should be able to play 3 land a turn. once you reach turn 6 or 7 about all the permanents of your opponent are exiled or you have a giant army of birds and beasts

Ever considered Harrow or Crop Rotation? I always liked those in Landfall. I'm also a fan of Kalhni Gem.
