Deck Description

This deck is designed to exploit the Pelakka Wurms effect by killing it and bringing it back as often as possible.
White to exile - creature control. Red for direct damage effects.

The amount of mana gain stacked in this deck allows for the adding of red/white with little sacrifice as I can find the two plains or as many mountains as I am lacking.

The Pelakka "enter the battlefield gain 7 life" and "graveyard draw a card" paired with momentus fall and using Mimic Vat to get my eternal witness or pelakka onto the field every turn allows for a lot of card draws and life gain. If the Pelakkas aren't enough to kill the opponent, build up to a crushing Fireball, Apocolypse Hydra or Summon an unstoppable wave of Angels to fly over with Decree of Justice.

Green mana-bomb Base. Red/white support.
Pelakka wurm-core.

Almost all of these are cards I actually have in a deck which I am trying to reduce to 60. Any thoughts on what I could take out?

you need to remplace big creature for some small ones.
here are good ones for your deck: 1x Sakura Tribe Elder, 1x Scute mob, Get rid of 1x Arbiter, 1x Apocalyse hydra. Get rid of Chandra, get rid of 2 cultivate. Replace your fireball with Day of Judgment or balance. If artefacts and enchantments are a problems, add Fracturing Gust.
A good planewalker for you is Venser, the sojourner. It does exile one of your permanent until the end of turn. Exile your Eternal witness, you will get a free card from your Graveyard every turn. Plus his ultimate power very own. Venser gives you an emblem: Everytime you cast a spell, EXILE a permanent.
Way much better than Chandra, and it the same casting cost.

Although I really like Venser, he is blue. So either I would have to make this 4 colors, or drop white/red. I rather loathe Balance as, unless I get it very early game, I am going to lose a ton of land, which, without this deck doesn't have much to stand on.

I don't understand why I should put Sakura in and take out cultivate. I deliberately stacked cultivates and harrows and explore to ensure that I could blow past my 7 mana breaking point as fast as possible and then, if low on creatures, Lead the Stampede to get more. Sakura would give me less mana and would be a weak creature that might get returned by a Monstrosity.
.
I absolutely love the Scute Mob though :D I'll need to get myself some of those.

What do u think about Karmic guide?

I like it but I don't have it. :( I think it would be more useful if I had more expensive eldrazi in my deck or something but I've chosen to try and make it without them.

I did find an interesting card that I'm thinking of putting in though. Decree of Justice. It's essentially a more expensive White sun's zenith that gives 4/4 angels with flying. I find that if I survive to late game I have 12+ mana at my disposal. This, unlike a pellakka could prove to be the saving card.

Look at this deck. I actually play it, it is very good.
Any suggestions?

Instead of fireball u should consider comet storm or starstorm. Both are instant and more powerful
