Hey if you want you can check out my competitive Nekusar build for inspiration! One thing I specifically saw you lacked was Mind Over Matter, combo it with Temple Bell or Otherworld Atlas, you have an infinite draw combo that can't be stopped! As long as you get it out. (If someone tries to kill the artifact, or Mind over matter, you can discard and draw in response as many times as you want, always keeping your drawing on top of the stack.)

I need Liliana for the creature sac, in case they get something past me, as well as the ability to discard. She doesn't have a high chance of being bolted, since I would target things like that with my discards.

Haven't gotten the chance to put this together and take it to FNMs, but I have tested it out online, does really well. It can even beat some Modern decks frequently. (Not tier 1.)

If you know any good tutors in modern that are low mana cost, feel free to tell me. I felt the only modern legal ones were too much mana, considering all the cards are 3 or 4 copies for already high consistancy.

Serrated Arrows is better due to pulling out a second with Mishra, since you want him out every single game. 4 mana for 6 -1 counters seems better to me than additional bounce when I already have quite a bit.

Hard to pull anything out, if I were to I'd have to pull it out of the existing sorceries and I feel Time Ebb is strictly better, and I like Temporal Eddy to bounce opponent's lands if I'm not pulling a Booby Trap fast enough.

This deck is meant to combo out, and that means you want to be as fast as possible as to not be stopped. Only black ally fitting this is Bojuka, but there's no point in taking out cards I already have for a black ally that does the same thing, when my mana base doesn't have THAT much black.

As for Agadeem Occultist, it doesn't combo, it only taps, and is situational. The idea for this is to combo and kill your opponent instantly, not let them block with creatures you can steal.
