Ooooh that might be really fun. I only run 5 token cards... but 6 5/5's when a Worldspine dies is just... evil <3

You only run 2 Manaweft and no Gemhide... I run 4 Manawefts and 1 Gemhide and still have issues about the right colors in my Sliver. lol. How do you not?

You need something to fetch Remedy out, since without it this deck is built to help more than hurt. Also, the problem with so much kill is that if they are running low power/toughness critters it'll take forever to get their life down. Might want to move a few to SB for more lifegain spells.

I'm a big fan of Guttersnipe. He's not absolutely crucial, I can do major damage even without him, so if they waste a kill spell or burn spell on him it doesnt completely wreck my day. And if they leave him, my damage really stacks up. Plus he can be used as an attacker/blocker in a pinch.

I'm not a fan of Fireblast in this deck because of the land sacrifice.... I dont usually need more than 4 mana out, ever. If I have excessive land in hand, I usually Tormented Voice it. And out of that, say, 4 land.... I dont want to sac 2 to play 1 spell when this deck runs off combos. So while it -could- be a nice kick late game, it could really hurt me early game. I much prefer the 4 damage convoke burn that I cant recall the name of right now....

I have thought of Swiftspear over Arsonist... bust I hesitate because ultimately he's only in there as sac fodder for Infernal Plunge to start my combos. So I like his 'when he dies' ability. You'd be surprised how often someone lets me swing and ping them for 1 damage 4 or 5 times because they dont know if I have Brimstone Volley in hand, too. lol.

Lava Spike -is- very nice though. I might consider it, and move Wild Slash to SB for when I'm faceing counters.

Thank you for your comment!

I think their main point was that "walls are cute but don't win games" came off a little rude, whether you meant it so or not. Also, as stated, the walls are here to keep me alive until I kill them via life gain spells.

Yes, red is the fastest color in magic lol. And it's easy to build and run. Plus there's red tokens too lol

Lmao I'm not going to put it in. There isn't room. And your right, no need to help them get a win con out of something I don't need.

Using Heartless Summoning on Eldrazi spells is a great idea, I was toying with something similiar after using Heartless in my Master of Cruelties deck. Combine a few Heartless with your Ugin land and you can drop some colorless stuff for free. But you cant guarantee you'll pull an Ugin or Heartless during play... I'd still suggest finding room for some mana ramp. Maybe Blisterpods and Sylvan Scrying.

Sylvan would be really good actually, because it can look for non-basics... you can bring your Ugin and Urborg out together more consistently.

True statements. My friend had a Wall mill built around Phenax. Nasty bit of work. Also, I hate faceing mill more than anything in magic. I once built an anti-mill deck just to kick his ass. I reverse milled him. XD

And yeah, I own a literal duffel bag full of decks. After playing for 3 years. And I carefully tell no one which one I plan to play (While trying to figure out what my one rival at the shop is playing, because we are always without fail paired off together XD). So its fine if they SB a ton of enchantment removal against Tainted... then I can play Devil's in the Details, my instant/sorcery burn, or Assault and Battalion, my creature-based Boros, ect.

Bitterblossom I will consider, since that would be 1 or more blockers/attackers every turn instead of just one go, and I can search for it with Tutor and sterling. I do, however, have more than 1 win condition. Vizkopa and Exquisite is one in itself, and I do have attackers with Alms, Vizkopa, and Cutter.

That said, this is a deck centered around Tainted because thats what I wanted it to be. Its a great card and I wanted to play with it. I know its going to have its problems, and people will find ways around whatever I do, but thats ok. Its true of any deck. In the end, if I have fun playing, I'm happy. ^-^

I agree that Boros Charm is amazing, but I just hate to splash with this deck. It works so well like it is. lol. But maybe I'll try it, make a red white burn on here and test it out.

Since this isnt standard anymore, theres more draw you could add, and something to fish out Sphinx since its the star.

1/1 blockers isnt a permanent solution either, though. They are even weaker than my walls. So my point was that I didnt feel it necessary to take something out and put Lingering souls in.

Wall of Shards is in, lol. I only have it in the SB because my actual walls when I first build the deck will depend on what I can get my hands on, but if it will make everyone feel better I'll pop it into MB =P
