Hey nice deck, If it was me I would remove the heedless one and add drove of elves, or both is nice. But with your other abilities to make creatures have trample the Drove would be a better bet to keep it alive longer. Also Skyshroud poacher to me is a must in any elf deck to make it run much smoother and a way to guarantee what you want to get played fast. If you happen to get a chance check out my elf deck.

A nice card to add to this burn deck could be fire servant, that would double the damage you deal to other players.
A card you should look into is Skyshroud poacher, and Drove of elves. The Skyshroud will allow you to search our library and play any elf for 3 mana and drove of elves cannot be the target of spells or abilities opponents control.
Id recommend Dragon Arch (http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewCard_Popup.aspx?CardName=Dragon%20Arch&Edition=APC&Print=1) It would help your deck a lot and make it run very smooth as you wouldn't have to worry about having the right land out.
I actually have a similar deck but its not about destroying lands, why stop there? My deck is based around destroying everything. Turn permanent into an artifact, good play Shatter, Ancient grudge, Hoard smelter dragon or Oxidda scrapmelter, which helps with removal and what not. If you wanna compare decks let me know.
