I don't think that this combo actually works. When you start the process by putting a -1/-1 counter on a 1/1, the token will die and the Nest is Scarabs will trigger at the same time that the Blowfly Infestation will. Since you have to choose the target for the infestation before the nest makes a token, the combo would not be able to continue.
