This deck is supposed to play creatures fastly and attack.Ghor-Clan Rampager should be used more to pump other creatures than to be played on battlefield.

Would drop slaughterhorn for something a little more useful, you have rampager and giant growth to pump up your creatures. Maybe Hellrider? Also, I would just drop Rancor down to two or three, and/or just drop slaughterhorn, or whatever you're replacing him with, down to two or three, and run four rampagers and four searing spear.
