After a few tests, i figured this deck already!
It´s a good tier 1 deck! And once you get you combo to work! that´s it! End of the game for your opponent, either by milling or damage!
However it´s extremely weak against control decks, since they just have to focus in taking out one piece of the combo for it to fall apart!

This deck is very strong against Abzan decks and alike, and after you caught then by surprise in the first match. make sure you get the right cards to counter their sideboard! they will probably go for enchantment/artifact destruction.

Now when it comes to jeskai tempo! we are safe as long they don't aim for our creatures! Lagonna will probably our best creature against then since it has 4 of resistance, and can grow much more! After sideboard bring your counters, because they will aiming either for sweepers, or counters as well!

Sultai, and Dimir decks will be your worse nightmare, because or their either build around creature destruction or allot of counters, and after sideboard you can always expect too see even more of those! the longer the game goes, the less like it becomes for you to get a shot in putting the combo on!
and the worse part is the sideboard, because the way the main board is build, it´s almost impossible to get a 100% sideboard against this decks!

Conclusion:
If the majority of the players in your area like to play abzan, and other midrange decks, this is the better option, even if you find one or 2 of this deck counters (Dimir/sultai), they wont get far, because their are extremely weak against aggro decks like Abzan or aggro weenies with haste, because it doesn't give then enough room for then to try to stabilize the board in their favor, and Jeskai Tempo deck punish then by attacking their life directly with burn, and since they lack life gain, they are good as toast!

However if the majority of players in your zone likes to play Exactly Dimir/Sultai decks, then advise you to chose a another deck better suit for the challenge, other way around you will pretty much have you ass kicked all the time!

There will be times when even the counters deck will lose to this deck! But i can only imagine that happening to players who are very lucky by nature!
So unless you are one of those type of players! I still advise to chose another deck!
