Mill your opponent quickly using Halimar Excavator. Does not use planeswalkers or other expensive cards. (Total cost of around $35-$40). Disentombs and Negates can be replaced with Jaces and Lilianas. Nemesis of Reason may be put in. The sideboard cards are to take care of the legendary eldrazi creatures.

I think this is good, but I have to ask if you think the splash for red is worth it. Rite of replication can probably do the same thing but in color.
With the Crumbling Necropolis' getting the right colours shouldn't be too big of a deal. I like Splinter Twin more than right of replication because it's a token every turn, and I'm hoping the game will be over before I get the 9 mana to kick the replication. Although, I still need to test it out. I may take out some control or lands and put in Rite of Replication for a faster mill, if it doesn't work out as expected.
