This deck is only good for two things. Milling and protecting yourself while milling. Mindshrieker, Fog Bank, and Jace's Phantasm are there only to protect you, not to deal damage. Drowned Catacomb is only in the deck to activate Nephalia Drownyard's ability. It was added as a failsafe just to make sure you have the ability to mill every turn, but you'll probably be fine. Other than that, the deck is incredibly straightforward. If you have a few ten dollar bills just lying around you can put one or 2 more Jace, Memory Adept's in there. This deck costs about $15 without a Jace. This is the cheapest effective deck I've ever built Even less than my burn deck.

nice deck, mill decks use to confuse me, i was never able to make one because i never had enough strategy to be able to focus on milling and protecting myself, u did a good job tho. i just made a new deck that could give you a problem tho even if we both only have 1 creature out, its a stuff doll deck, heres the link to it http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=387054
