This deck is promised to be a bit of fun. It's called copy cat for the reason that a lot of the cards either allow you to either copy another sorcery or instant that has been played this turn or it allows you to copy itself. By using cards like Izzet Guildmage or Mirari you're able to copy additional copies onto the stack. While "copies" don't count as spells being cast, you still have an arsenal of spells and creatures that benefit from one another. Fire servant, Guttersnipe and Kiln Fiend each have their own abilities that are strengthened when you play a sorcery or instant spell, which makes these very deadly creatures to have.
This deck has some wonderful combo cards, such as Izzet Guildmage+Desperate Ritual-spliced onto Lava Spike. Izzet Guildmage has a neat ability that allows you to copy instant or sorcery spells you play this turn, but it doesn't tap to use this ability. So you pay the 3 for it's effect and it copies your lava spike+desperate ritual for an infinite damage combo. Radiate is another wonderful card, it allows you to copy a spell played by yourself or your opponents and make lots and lots of copies that you can use to wreak havoc.
