This is a very inexpensive standard Jace inspired Mill deck. My sideboard contains cards I would change for a vintage/legacy deck.
As you can see the strength of this deck isn't from high powered creatures, but instead it uses creatures abilities and spells to cause your opponent to remove cards from his/her library, which you can in turn remove from the game using Tormod's Crypt. Using Jace's loyalty ability you're able to scry through your deck and find what you want then when you want to shuffle your graveyard back into your library back in you just use psychic spiral or Jace to do so.
