A combination of direct damage, haste, and discard play to keep opponents on their toes at all times. Use the Sudden Shocks to stem the tides of weenie decks while using the direct damage to whittle down your opponent. The Guttural Responses are there to defend against Counterspell decks and the Sudden Shocks should hold them off if you don't have the opportunity to sideboard. The Fire Whip/Shocker or Barbed Shocker combo should slow anything down. Using Glitterfangs, Ball Lightnings and Blistering Firecats mean that you don't have anything on the board to get in the way of the creature sweeps, after which you can go to town with the fury of haste. Ghitu Encampments are for more creatureless defense. Dwarven Ruins help get the bigger creatures out faster.

This looks very viable and strong. A card suggestion would be spark elemental because it acts like a creaturized lightning bolt. Furnace of Rath and Sulfuric Vortex are always cool in burn. Good Luck, kung-fu_elmo PS: plz comment on my decks, specifically "Guys on 'Roids"
