Deck Description

Winning! At life! With tiger...er...Sovereign blood!

How to Play

So the idea is to gain a bunch of life and laugh at the aggro player. While you're doing that, get your sovereign out and win on the spot. Have you ever had 2 mastery of the unseen out... AT THE SAME TIME?! The life gain is just stupid. Now imagine that with an archive...or don't...it's your head after all...

Yeah, I've found that having 2 Mastery out makes it really easy to hit that 40 mark. Also, if you happen to manifest the sovereign, you can sneak the win by flipping him on your untap step. If they kill him, get him back with Den Protector! Also, if you can go the "beat down" route if you need to and still be working towards your goal. Also, I'm going to add a couple of Sorin, Solemn Visitor. What do you think I should cut?

I'd personally cut Evolutionary Leap...much as I love the card. :)

...or maybe not, now that I went back to your other deck...!!! Some combination of Whisperwood/Command/Charm would probably be better.

-2 Leap +2 Sorin -1 Whisperwood +1 Temur Sabertooth -2 Mastery +2 Silkwrap

Sorin was a good include! I want to try out Sabertooth because you can bounce a Morph or Manifest that isn't a creature with him, or save your sovereign in response to a removal spell. I needed silkwrap as a way to deal with early pressure.

Yeah, I've seen decks w/ similar builds (morphers + Mastery) use Sabertooth to good advantage, & another layer of protection for Sovereign can't hurt. Sorin just makes sense...w/ Sovereign, he can be your finisher. Looking forward to seeing the results!
