Mono-Blue Defender Mill Deck.
Doorkeeper and Tome Scour mill the opponent ceaselessly, Wall of Frost, Hover Barrier, and Fog Bank keep me from getting hit too hard. Other than Tome Scour and if you want to Flashback Dream Twist, most of the action happens on the opponents turn. Thought Scour is always a nasty little surprise when on turn 1 you eat it, and turn 2 you get hit by one and/or Tome Scour. Usually starting off with 7-10 cards in your graveyard by your third turn is pretty off-putting, save maybe to Scavenge decks.
