This deck is an Aggro deck using Slivers to give Haste to each other and provide buffs. Two headed sliver provides some evasion, and shock, mizzium mortars, and thorncaster sliver mean my pumped up hasted slivers get to rip you to shreds without much resistance. Giant growth is obviously a cheap quick buff, in case you try to get fancy with blockers, and Mending touch pairs nicely with two headed sliver, since I can pump it with Giant Growth and Pred Slivers effect, then regenerate it after you throw 3 creatures in front of it to block it.
