I like the Arcbound concept when I first got into magic a long time ago. I recently got back into magic, and with the proliferate ability I think it finally makes a decent deck.
The Vault Skirge or Ferropede are the intended targets for sacrificing the modular creatures toward. Bioshift is in here as a save from bounce type or destruction spells targeting the Skirge or Ferropede. Usually you have to pay the 2 life to get the skirge in play - I just haven't re-done the mana yet to make it work better as the green and blue are necessary for all the other colored spells.
