This deck can be built for under $20. I wanted a challenge so I went with the under 20 thing. I\'ve built decks like this before but mostly blue ones, so this was a stab at a red deck for under 20. Please don\'t suggest cards you know to be expensive, that defeats the purpose of the deck. The most expensive card is around $1.50 so try to keep lower than that. So NO STIGMA LASHERS! It isn\'t the greatest deck in the world, but hey, if you\'ve got a budget it will do you well.
