You have way more green in this deck then blue, so it wouldn't hurt to take away two Islands and add two Forests to this deck. Other than that, you would benefit greatly from having an alternate win condition.

You have good selection of creatures, but too much of them, and you need a strong win condition. This kind of deck wins with a combo, with the help of Axebane Guardian and Banefire, Devil's Play, Kaervek's Torch and likes. Crab Umbra would help to untap the Guardian, Tinder Wall gives red mana if needed. Galvanic Alchemist helps the Guardian to untap it and get more and more mana until you could finish the game with Banefire or such. The other way you could go with this is a mill and defense, more classic but imo more boring.
