Basically you play your manaramp elves pretty quick. Priest of titania and whatnot. Then by turn 4 typically you can play an eldrazi. Even quicker if you get a thousand year elixir or a lightning greaves. Also the garruk is in for drawing cards. fierce empath is in for pulling out the eldrazi. And elvish piper is usually unnecessary backup but sometimes it helps.
