Primarily a burn deck, but also has some creature control. The key is to trigger cards from your graveyard for cheap using the Isochron scepter. It's a pretty simple concept deck, but can be quite effective.

Not to burst your bubble, but will harness the storm work with isochron scepter since you aren't casting it from the graveyard, but from exile??
