Your opponent WILL run out of cards in their hand but then what do you do? If they pick up and play anything that removes them 4 creatures you have then you do what? Wait to die I suppose. Compare it to this one, you may see some way to improve on your weakness.
Good start, but I would add a kill condition based off of your strategy. Nyxathid maybe? Also, I think you have too many discard spells, if that is possible. I would drop some of the weaker ones for more creature control or win conditions. If you are going to run Cabal Therapy you should run Bloodghst as well, the recursion is great for abusing Therapy's flashback. Overall, good deck and well done. Very simple...Find me 5 Legacy decks worth a crap that are cheaper than this one. Go ahead, really try to look for them. While you are looking at the disturbing prices of them....Then you will realize how Budget this really is. Legacy has a tendency to be sickeningly expensive. Here's a legal legacy version you might get ideas from. 4 Duress or 4 Thoughtseize if you don't want to stay on budget 4 Hymn to Tourach 4 Hypnotic Spector 4 Unmask 4 Surgical Extraction 4 Dark Ritual 4 Tombstalker 4 Smallpox 4 Innocent Blood 2 Reanimate or 2 Unearth if you really need to stay low on budget 22 Swamp or 4 Wastelands and 18 Swamp if you don't need stay on budget
i was in the process of editing this deck to add in 4 tombstalkers. originally this deck ran consume spirits and cabal therapies for massive mana fueled drain life, but my buddy made some suggestions to drop those.
