Just tweaking it, i feel like i need more steam, maybe card draw..just not sure. was thinking Thoughtcast but idk what id take out
Maybe replace Mishra's Bauble with Isochron Scepter yes and little more expencive mana-wise but then you replace Gitaxian Probe with one of the millions of blue instances that allow you to draw. I'd suggest spy network myself.
opps my bad spy network doesn't let you draw but it give you lots on info on your next cards and your opponents

Oh I see never mind me. Really ponder is banned? Weak, red has Lightning bolt. Why can't blue have a nice one drop?
