You don't have any creatures that can benefit from Nameless Inversion and survive, so I would recommend swapping that with a purely offensive version of that spell like Last Grasp, or Grasp of Darkness. I would swap out Cavern Harpy for Esper Stormblade, and Zombie Outlander for Dimir Infiltrator. I can't see the Tidal Flats ever coming in handy, especially since the opponent can just pay one to cancel the effect. Taking those out will get you down to 60 cards, too (add a Psychic Barrier). Depending on what set it's in, Counterspell can be an Uncommon. I don't know how the rules of Pauper work with cards that are Uncommon in certain sets but Common in others. Cancel or Deprive are fair alternates if you can't use Counterspell, or even Negate, since you have creature spells covered with Psychic Barrier.
