Deck Description

This deck originated as a way to make Leveler and Knowledge Pool work together to my advantage. It quickly became clear that there were other paths to victory, sometimes due to what my opponent had in the pool, other times due to their inability to get past it. The deck isn't perfect, but it does what it was designed for.

How to Play

Early game stall with Memnites and Ornithopers, but keep some in reserve. Focus on getting Knowledge Pool out as early as possible and getting Leveler into it. If you can, also get a Mindslaver onto the field before the pool hits, or else hang on to it until you get a 0 drop. Take control of the opponent, cast a spell into the pool and take back a Leveler, then let them draw into an empty library.

Each game plays slightly differently due to the other deck impacting on Knowledge Pool and your opponent playing your own cards against you, hence why most of the deck is trash with some tutors, to lessen the odds that something key will get played against you.

Deck discussion for A Whole New Level

it has to be a card exiled with knowledge pool, cool idea but it won't work if leveler exiles everything

thats why you hold onto Leveler until the Pool hits the field, so that you can cast it, swap it with some other spell in the pool, control the opponent for a turn, and get them to cast a spell into the pool and switch it with the Leveler.
