is the thought scour just for draw power? I think it would be better to replace that with index or something that helps you a bit more since milling them won't really have that much of an effect. I like the idea a lot though.

modern, i don't have 60 cards because this is what i have so far and I'm looking for cards to fill the rest of the slots, and gather the townsfolk and increasing devotion put out humans, not soldiers, so they would not get the same bonuses as everything else.

The maximum hand size is 7, unless a spell or ability changes that. By reducing the max hand size of opponents by 7, they must discard their whole hand during their discard phase every turn. Therefore, even though they may be drawing 20 good cards, they can only play as many as they can cast that turn and the rest go into their graveyard.

(The card basically reduces the benefits of the draw power I am giving them.)

Standard Infinite Mana
(and infinite life, draw cards, tokens, land destruction, return to hand etc.)

Deadeye navigator, 3 birds of paradise (or two and a lanowar elves), 1 village bell ringer, flash the village bell ringer over and over tapping the birds for 3 mana every time and thats infinite mana.
Now you can use azure mage to draw as many cards as you need, and play things like mist raven, acidic slime, captain of the watch, goldnight redeemer, and so on.

how about boundless realms? for a landfall deck that card seems to work quite swell.

Thanks, Im still going to need to refine it alot, but i got a standard format out that should be able to buy enough time for the combo to come out, and have plenty of things to do after.

Thanks man, and yeah you definitely need an extra a lanowar elves for the combo to actually do anything. And please tell me how it goes, I'm rather interested to see if i should make a deck to accommodate this.

Thank you so much for your suggestions sir, i do appreciate the insight. The main point of the acidic slimes and triumphs though are just to help me to have some protection and control over decks that would render this one inept. (its protection from indestructible, artifacts, enchantments, and platinum emperion), not to mention that on turn 5 if your coming at them with 20-30 infect trample they usually can muster little in response. However I do agree about the birds of paradise, fog, and vorinclex, and will probably adjust my deck to match. Thank you.

Have you considered Gisela, Blade of Goldnight? if you want "red angels" she's the one to put in.

I was thinking that instead of wildsize you could try rancor, it gives +2/+0, and will stay on stuffy doll each turn (and only costs 1). or if your willing to spend more mana, bear and boar umbras are both very nice, or even epic proportions which gives your stuffy doll +5/+5 and trample for 6 could get the job done. The reason i suggest these is because they dont go away, so you can be hitting your opponent with a 5/5 or even 10/10 stuffydoll with trample every turn.

Deadeye Navigator mixed with Venerated Teacher = levels all creatures up at the the cost of 1 per level, its just a quick way to boost new creatures up if you already have that combo up. but thank you for your suggestions sir, i will see what i come up with.
