Start typing a card name and use the auto-complete feature to quickly select the card you're trying to add. Enter a quantity and add that card to your sideboard!

Im planning on running this deck once theros comes out, so if you could comment giving me any tips or ideas to try out it would be really great, thanks.also im not too sure about the legitimacy of my sideboard so if you could definitely give me some advice on that it would be great.
I know the world thinks that skullcrack is a sideboard only card, however lots of lifegain would destroy this deck so its in here to keep up the pressure of losing life, and protect against this decks greatest weakness.

Have you considered running Purphoros, the red god? All your creatures (except Young Pyromancer) add 2 devotion (Reckoner 3) so it would be enough to have just 2 of them out for him to be able to swing. Plus his triggered ability is super sweet. Even more with Young Pyromancer. I think he would fit here perfectly.

Too much burn. -4 Skullcrack, -2 Chandra's outrage, -1 Flames of the firebrand -1 Jet, -1 Spear. +1 Shock, +4 Rakdos Cackler, +2 Porphoros, +2 Legion Loyalist.Maybe even 3 Purphoros. He has good synergy with pyromancer and ogre battlemaster.
You are building a different deck. :-) I believe both versions work. More burn is better for Phoenix and Pyromancer.
meier, though having as much burn as i do does not offer as much pure board presence as do creatures, It plays really well with the creatures I do have in here, and will make my time against control much easier. not to mention, the more burn I have, the less creatures they will have, which lets the creatures i do have get through easier. (and how good is Porphoros and pyromancer when your only running 8 instants in a deck?)
theres a new pyroclasm in theros always something to consider if you want to go creature light ( 1rr cmc deal 3 damage to each creature if the creature dies exile it instead a red god killer if need be) if you change up the decklist after theros cards are released on here ill add more input
That card is the bane of all evil! I saw it and almost cried! (well not really, but you get my point) That singular card is definitely going to change the stile of this deck and yeah! i will tell you when I can post theros cards and update the deck. thanks for the suggestion.
That card ruins this deck more than anything else. Everything dies. Phoenix, poof, gone forever. I would not recomment it before cutting creature count to something like 15 and big ones (no Pyromancer).EDIT: anubisbeat: You are wrong, this is no god killer, this can't deal with idestructibles
Yeah, thats why i said that card is the bane of all evil. I would never run it in this deck cause its like t 1 land, turn 2 burning tree armagedon!!! turn 3 my field is exiled. =( sad day. I say it totally ruins the whole idea of my deck, knowing everyone where I play will be rocking a set of this card.
new pyroclasm with the ability to give -1 like the newt from m14 yes the new pyroclasm is a god killer so if you go red black control with lets say minotaurs its a god killer and you can save all your creatures ( minotaur lord baby)
