This budget deck is based around the idea of stalling until you can make your Walls fly off into battle and breathe fire on to your opponent.Not only that, but doing it on less than $35 bucks! Save your monies, stay with your walls. they are your best allies.
The idea on how to play this deck is fairly simple. The main goal is to get out walls to keep others at bay until you can play day of the dragons and hit your opponent(s) with a wall of dragons for victory!But in all seriousness, the idea is to get out the crab turn one to begin the mill on you opponent.Turn two: play a land to have an opponent mill three, then a Jace's to have a flyer and then a thought scorn to begin a draw/mill. Turn three: play another land and a thought scorn/wall/hold onto untapped mana for counters. Its blue we counter everything.Repeat as long as the game goes. By this time you should have Jace's on line as a 5/5 flyer and an army of walls to block for you. And enough mana to play Day of the dragon for fun and what not. What does blue do better than control the board? Surprise your opponent with RED 5/5 DRAGONS!!!!!!!! and swing for a win if they don't scoop or have battle tricks in hand, but they shouldn't cause, blue and we take those away.

Very nice! I suggest that you replace Cancel with Dissolve and Disrupt with Swan Song. Other than that, I really like your deck.
