Deck discussion for A darker shade of Pale

First off, love the Procol Harum reference. Great song, and using it as a deck name.... Awesome.

This deck fits the name to a T, everything will work rather well. My only suggestion is the possibility of returning your infectors back to the field. To help that along, the Corpse Cur should work nicely. While this deck will work fairly quickly, you're going to have issues with flying defense. For that, another artifact, such as an equipment that gives you flying and first strike *cough* will aid this deck, and not only give defense, but allow you to infect your opponent that much quicker.

Overall, cruel deck, and very nice.

Actually, I thin that Condemns and the Pacifisms will do nicely for creature control, even flying. My worries would be with burn spells. But that said, I think this deck will outrun most standard legal burn decks. Two Corpse Curs in place of two Core Prowlers might work a little better to kind of spread abilities around and get some of your creatures back on the field instead of just proliferating.

try Smite instead of Oust. less annoying for both you and ur opponent. idk, i kinda just like the spell.

I don't plan to actually block that often so Smite's out.

Thanks for reminding me to streamline the land though. How I forgot Inkmoth Nexus I don't think I'll ever know.

Hey soulknife

very nice mono white infect deck, it's hard to find good infect decks around lately, especially white ones.. Nice how you've put it together, but problem is, as the fine gents mentioned here previously, removal will be your great threat. Once your nice pesky little creatures go into the graveyard, yeah.. meh! Too bad white doesn't have the bringing back creatures for a low mana cost, like black does.. Emeria the Sky Ruin, I do NOT find a good solution, simply because u need 7 plains for it to get them back :) if it's anything that you shouldn't be doing with an infect deck, is not finishing your opponent under turn 5-6.

Check out my infect deck if you're interested, it's mono black tho. I wonder how these 2 will do if they'd be up to eachother :p

Cheers
