Cool idea, but you might as well forfeit the game is an opponent plays an indestructible creature.

Jamuraan Lion (have to use his ability before blockers are declared)
Glare of Subdual (have to use this ability before blocks are declared, its good if you have a lot of tokens out)
Giant Adephage (I wouldn't run if you don't have consistent haste)
Mirri, Cat Warrior (competes with your commander's cmc, and is not great)
Strionic Resonator (i woulden't run it if your not gonna use it on your commander, if you have ~25+ targets for it tho i would keep)
Chitinous Cloak (menace is really good with mirri, but i wouldnt pay 6 mana for it)

its short on draw power, I usually aim for 10 cards that draw cards you have

hunter's prowess (personally I think Hunter's Insight is better because its 2 less mana and instant)
rishkar's expertise
zendikar's resurgent

some you might want to add
Lifecrafter's Bestiary ( really good in any green deck with creatures)
Abundance (I would count this as draw cuz your filtering hard)
Evolutionary Leap (really good with tokens)
Soul of the harvest (really good draw plus you get a 6/6 with trample)
Harmonize (green draw staple)

I didn't see anything that protects your board from board wipes might want to add
heroic intervention
eerie interlude
(you can also use these to stop single target removal)

other cards
temur sabertooth (I would put in because he lets you protect creatures by bouncing them to your hand, also retriggers etb effects, and its a cat!.)
Beastmaster Ascension (this card is really good, and its even better with mirri because you can swing all out and leave like 1 blocker)
overwhelming stampede (this card is also really good. often you can just play this card and win the game)
sylvanas stampede (this card is just really good in multiplayer games)
lightning greaves (gives haste to green, also protects a creature)

also replace condemn with swords to plowshares.

I think you guys are forgetting that pack rat works with rat tokens. Considering marrow and slumlord pack rat would be way stronger then your ral rats. The only reason not to have pack rat is because it wouldn't sync with thrumming stone.
