The real strengh in this deck is that it takes people off guard. Get shrine of burning rage or darksteel reactor. Use gilder bairn to double the counters and win. Plus, while all of this is going down you have vast amounts of mana from everflowing chalice and many solutions to any problem your opponent may play.
Build a big field advantage with your vedalken engineers and everflowings, and then ping them with thrumming bird proliferate. Basically you control them until one of your shrines (or other win condition cards) gets ridiculously high and you kill them.
